We have been a locally owned small business since 2012, but our roofing experience goes back even further. Stanley has provided 25 years of trusted service in Swainsboro and surrounding areas. We are very blessed and honored to say we were voted Best Roofing Company by Swainsboro Forest Blade readers for the past two years of 2024 & 2025.

Stanley Mills, owner and operator of Stanley Mills Construction – Roofing Specialist, has dedicated his life to the roofing trade for over two decades. Born and raised in Georgia, Stanley began roofing at the age of 15, gaining early hands-on experience that shaped both his skillset and his work ethic. Over the years, he worked with several companies and spent time traveling on commercial crews, including several years as the only English-speaking member of a Hispanic crew. Those years instilled in him a deep respect for hard work, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
In 2012, Stanley stepped out in faith to establish his own company. What began as a small operation—just Stanley and a few helpers handling the majority of the workload—has grown steadily into one of the most trusted names in roofing across Wrightsville, Dublin, Swainsboro, and surrounding Georgia communities. His company has earned a reputation for excellence, honesty, and reliability, being voted the area’s best roofing company two years in a row (2024–2025), entirely through word-of-mouth referrals and customer trust, without the use of paid advertising.
Today, Stanley leads a skilled team, including a strong Hispanic crew that has expanded the company’s capacity to meet growing demand. His vision is to continue building on this foundation by combining old-fashioned hard work and integrity with modern tools like social media and digital marketing.
Beyond roofing, Stanley’s life is marked by his faith in God and dedication to serving others. Saved and transformed at the age of 26, he has served as a youth pastor, children’s minister, and, most recently, senior pastor in Wrightsville, GA. He has also been active in international missions, traveling to Mexico, Costa Rica, Trinidad, and Guyana, and continues to support mission work worldwide through his business.
